We the Pizza

 I don’t normally go for the “gourmet” pizza joints that do little more than toss the healthiest-looking salad they can find onto a piece of flatbread and call it ‘pizza.’

Chef Jose Andres’s food truck which also bears his name (or nickname, rather), “Pepe” rolled into Virginia this week to give those working on the western frontier (that is, for you urban dwellers, anywhere outside the confines of the District) a sampling of his signature sandwiches, and great cocktails.
