After giving birth to my last son, my husband and I decided to do something crazy. We drove to my sister’s house in Florida, near Naples, and left all the older children with her and then jet-setted to the Virgin Islands for a week with the baby.

The humorous quote is funny because it’s true. Good food is the medium that brings people together, forms relationships,molds us, and nurtures us but great food transports and inspires us.
